Your next joiner trip starts with a booking link.

Share your trip on Facebook. Joiners book their slots and upload their GCash or Maya receipts through Pawikan. You see who’s joining and who’s paid, without the Messenger back-and-forth.

Free to start: 100 welcome credits and 20 free pax every month. No subscription.

A booking link for every departure

Create a departure with its dates, price, downpayment, and slots. Pawikan gives it a public trip page. Paste the link where you already post: your page, the group chat, the joiners group.

The page shows live slots left, so nobody asks “may slot pa po?” for a trip that filled up last night.

Joiners book without an account

They open the link on their phone, add everyone in their group with birthdates and emergency contacts, and hold their slots. No app, no sign-up.

A hold is not a reservation. It keeps the slots while the joiner pays you and uploads the receipt, and it ends if the payment deadline passes.

Receipts stay with the booking

Joiners pay your own GCash or Maya, then upload the receipt. You see it next to the booking it belongs to, match it against your transaction history, and approve it. The booking’s status and remaining balance update on their own.

Pawikan flags a reference number that was already submitted for the same payment method.

Joiners pay you. Not us.

Use your own GCash, Maya, or bank account. Pawikan never receives, holds, or sends joiner money. It keeps the receipts, the references, and the balance straight.

Tuloy or cancelled, and everyone hears it

When you confirm a departure, joiners with an email address get the Tuloy notice and trip details. Cancel instead, and Pawikan tells them, returns the departure’s credits, and lists who you still need to message yourself.

Downpayments and balances
Set a downpayment per departure. Once you approve it, the slots are reserved and the remaining balance stays on the booking.
Copy for Messenger
Balance reminders, trip details, and “slots left” captions filled in from the booking. Edit, copy, send.
Joiners kept posted by email
Booking received, payment approved, balance due, trip details, and Tuloy or cancelled notices go out on their own.
Trip calendar for your crew
Every departure by month. Schedule several dates at once and subscribe from Google or Apple Calendar.
Run it as a team
Invite admins, coordinators, and guides. Guides see a roster with names and ages only, not contact or payment details.

Questions organizers ask

Does Pawikan hold my joiners’ money?

No. Joiners pay your own GCash, Maya, or bank account directly and upload their receipt. You check the receipt and approve it in Pawikan. We never receive or hold joiner payments.

Do joiners need to create an account?

No. They open your trip link, fill in their group’s details, and get a private booking link to come back to for payment and status updates.

What counts as a pax?

One traveller on a confirmed booking. A booking is counted once, when you first approve a payment that reserves it, or when the trip starts if its receipt is still waiting for your review. Expired holds and rejected bookings never count.

What happens if I cancel a departure?

Credits used for that departure’s bookings come back to your balance. Every joiner with an email address is notified, and Pawikan lists the ones you need to contact yourself.

What if I run out of credits?

Your balance can go a little below zero, so a busy weekend never stops a booking. If it drops past -50, you won’t be able to open new departures until you top up. Existing bookings, payments, and manifests keep working.

Can my team use it?

Yes. Invite admins, coordinators, and guides from the Team page. Each role sees only what it needs, and every feature is included at no extra cost.
